Terms and Conditions of Accommodation at Belaqua, Isla Mujeres
1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation at Belaqua, Isla Mujeres, you accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not make a reservation.
2. Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. All reservations must include complete contact information, as well as the arrival and departure dates.
3. Payments
A deposit of 100% of the total stay is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
4. Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and the following policies will apply:
- Cancellation made more than 14 days in advance: Full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation made between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation made less than 7 days in advance: 100% of the deposit will be retained.
- In case of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed before 12:00 PM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the front desk in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Guest Policies
The maximum number of guests per room is 2, unless otherwise specified. Pets are not allowed on the premises of Belaqua. Guest conduct must be respectful at all times. We reserve the right to cancel the stay without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.
7. Liability
Belaqua is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We recommend using the safes available in your room.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Quintana Roo.
